Healthy environment, flexibility, balanced work-life. Managers are good.
No cons. Good company. Salary increment is not consistent.
I was interviewed by the hiring manager and the current intern working under him. The process was smooth, and the interview was very friendly. An offer was sent promptly after one week to my university.
It was an online coding assessment, which I received a week or two after applying to IBM. It was mostly based on DSA and DBMS, which I had to complete in about an hour.
There were 3 rounds: * 2 Tech/coding rounds * 1 PDM round * An HR round The difficulty level for the tech rounds was difficult. The PDM round was just to check your attitude, etc.
