There are not many, if any, good reasons to work for STG. The only good reason I can think of to work for STG is a steady paycheck for the short term.
There is no appreciation or respect for employees. Management is incompetent, and decisions, promotions, and raises are completely political in nature. It is not what you know or what you do; it's who you know. Upper management is too greedy with the distribution of wealth, leaving employees with only crumbs.
Get more competent and become more ethical.
IBM has good potential; it is just severely mismanaged. There are a lot of inefficiencies in the company that waste a great deal of money.
