The working environment is really good.
Learning must be done by yourself. No one will teach you.
Some days I would have absolutely nothing to do.
I applied on the site, and three days later, I received a phone call for a language test. After that, there was a technical interview, followed by a manager interview, who was the head of the company in Egypt.
Pre-screen on phone with HR manager, then Engineering manager, then the Engineering Director. Then in-person interview with the whole team at the IBM main campus and research facility.
I was very professional, but that was based on how much research and preparation I had done beforehand, which set me up to do well. Some of the questions asked were easy to answer if you had done a little research and preparation beforehand.
