There are a lot of great reasons to like my team and position:
- I work 100% remotely and get to partner with people all over the world.
- My schedule is usually pretty flexible.
- I get to work on a variety of interesting projects.
- I work with really smart and creative people and have learned a lot from them.
Working 100% remotely can be a bit isolating, but the pros far outweigh the cons.
Many positions are contract, so if you're not comfortable with that, it might be hard to get on with the company.
Keep up the good work recruiting talented people! It might be a good idea to convert more of them to permanent positions so you don't lose them.
