- We receive many trainings that enhance our skills.
Few major cons here.
- Employees have skills, but they do not get a chance to change (e.g., work in a different project).
- They lose their knowledge due to a lack of skill-based projects.
- Increments and promotions are never done on time. Because of this, employees are not excited to work.
The PeM Survey must be circulated every month.
Changing the PeM should not be a choice; it should be mandatory.
