Data Engineer
I applied through LinkedIn via a recruiter's post, followed by a technical discussion round, then a PDM discussion round. Both were 1:1 virtual interviews. They primarily focused on designing data systems, maintaining them, and deployment.
.NET Developer
There is an online test of one and a half hours on technical skills. After that, they will conduct a telephonic interview. Following that, there may be one more technical round, and then an HR interview.
Software Engineer
A number of questions on IBM and its values, competency questions in HireVue interview, Assessment Centre with 2 group exercises (logic and teamwork), and 2 individual tasks (test and 1 on 1 interview).
