If you are living in the US, you will be fired in less than 3 years. For those 3 years, you'll wonder if you are on the list every quarter. You will be fired. They want only offshore, cheap employees. And yes, you will be training your replacement. Severance pay was 1 month, and now I hear it's nothing.
Morale is terrible.
Management is out for themselves. Don't expect any support or backing.
They sell deals they cannot deliver.
Your employees make you look good or bad.
Best to support them if you want to keep your job.
