Work-life balance and good projects
Increment, Work policy, and Insurance
It was a good experience overall. I was asked multiple questions on the project and also about my overall experience with the tools and languages I have worked on. So, I would suggest brushing up on Java basics and also on integration patterns.
I had a brief interview with the hiring manager. I was then told that I don't live in an eligible location and would have to move. The job listing was in my current location, but that was apparently wrong.
One technical and one compensation discussion round. It was not difficult for a knowledgeable candidate who actually applied after seeing the job description. The process is simple and not hectic as one might think, given it is IBM.
