Pros

The health and vacation benefits were good.

Cons

Them moving from work from home is reducing their pool of best talent. You can't really move to different positions within the company easily to build competitive skills and experience.

Advice to Management

Break the roadblocks to getting things done. Stop pushing useless IBM certifications and help your folks get industrially wide recognized certifications like PMP, CISSP, CCNA, etc.
