Salary is pretty satisfying, and the workload is not too much. A lot of events and activities are conducted every week. People are nice.
Put you to learn something totally new without enough instructions, don't care about what you did is correct or wrong, and give you very minimal responsibilities.
Lead intern students from easy tasks to harder questions to help them understand and become familiar with the working project and environment.
