Nice company, but you need luck for the team

- Good laptops from the company
- Fruit at work
- Most of the people are stressed and angry.
- Some teams don't know how to communicate.
- HR is pretty much invisible.
Nothing right now. Hope IBM fixed those things since I worked there.
