IBM

The interview took place in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The questions were asked in a clear and thoughtful manner, aimed at assessing the actual understanding of the topics rather than just the memorization of definitions.

The IBM interview process typically includes an online assessment, technical interviews focusing on problem-solving, coding, and domain knowledge, and an HR round evaluating communication, teamwork, and cultural fit. I feel it's good.

It was a smooth and interactive session. There were 4 tech rounds: 1. Assignment 2. Tech 1 3. Tech 2 4. Manager Each round consisted only of programming, SQL query, and theory questions.
