Fosters innovation with a focus on patenting, research, and development.
Highly profitable.
Focuses on employee education for the betterment of the company.
So profit-driven that it can't compete with Amazon, which rewards employees and channels all cash flow back into the business, driving the stock and attracting talent.
Stop the bloodletting of employee elimination.
Employees spend more time hiding and ducking from RAs than they do looking for ways to improve products and delight customers.
3 Rounds 1. Two live coding questions and follow-up questions, covering Golang and backend development. 2. Two live coding questions. 3. Manager round: Discussion on past experience, technologies used, and system design.
The process took about 3 weeks. The technical interview was pretty low-level. I was asked where classes appear in memory, the basic rules for creating a class, and what is needed for an override to be valid.
Two interviews: * One technical (not LeetCode style, just asking questions to get a feel for what I know) * One behavioral (they told me about the team and asked a few questions)
