Good, stable job. The salary is competitive with other tech companies.
Large company.
Sometimes you get lost.
There needs to be more management at some levels and less at others.
On-campus interview with a hiring manager. Subsequent "seconds" rounds will be on-site. IBM's hardware division was recently sold to Global Foundries, so I'm unsure of the next steps.
I was given a tour of the facility and interviewed with several different managers and engineers. I was also taken to lunch. I gave a presentation of my prior work and had several props. I even gave one prop to my host engineer; he loved it so much
Everything went according to the scheduled time. An offer letter was received within 2 weeks of the process. Overall experience was good. I would really suggest other people to join this company.
