Pros

Flexible work environment and schedule.

Many interesting projects and challenging problems to solve.

Many great and talented people around you to work with.

Cons

With resource actions happening every year for the last 5 or 6 years, the workforce has been cut to a bare minimum. It used to be a fun place to work.

With remaining employees picking up the work left by previously laid-off coworkers and no new hiring in the near future, morale is pretty low, as we are constantly switching hats for different problems at the same time. This lowers productivity and quality of work.

Advice to Management

Hiring more people will help and provide better recognition and award opportunities to encourage employees to step out of their comfort zone.
