Flexibility, different projects, and many intern opportunities if you have time and are eager to pursue them. Good work environment (maybe not if you work at some clients). Good benefits.
The pros and cons depend on the project you are working on. You can get a project that may not have a good work environment and that has too much stress. In general, IBM makes it difficult for you to have a career inside the company. You have to make good use of your personal marketing.
People managers (the person who takes care of your career and other personal concerns) should be specialists in this subject and not professionals who get that responsibility as an extra function. Many people managers really don't make any effort in our career.
