IBM gives us flexibility in our work. I like the way IBM handled this COVID-19 pandemic situation. They were aware of the pandemic early on and let employees work from home.
We need to work on what we do best. We should not involve ourselves too much in politics.
Keep doing the good work! I believe we are heading in the right direction.

Product Engineer
The interview was fine, but there was a very great inclination towards the Spring framework. The interviewer also went on to say that bookish knowledge wouldn't help, which I think was wrong.
