Pros

Flexible work hours. I've never had an issue with regards to having to plan something around family events or emergencies. My first line managers have always been good at their jobs, managing people.

Cons

Everyone and their mother is a manager.

There are too many people in the upper levels of management who have their MBAs. All of them are trying to build their own little castles and they don't care who they have to step on in order to do it.

The company lacks direction and suffers from a lack of technical professionals, likely due to the low wages and terrible benefits. They are not competitive in the job market and make no efforts to retain their worker base.

Advice to Management

Try caring more about your employees than your bonus.
