Flexible times.
People are helpful and supportive. Lots of facilities, and the team is interactive and outgoing.
Nothing that I can think of.
The only con for being a tester, rather, would be the lack of coding experience. But that is covered up with the experience of testing the software, which is a challenging job too!
Level: Average to Difficult. It was a mass hiring job fair. I was asked about my final year engineering project and wrote some code. The process took 3-4 hours. Results were announced on the same day. An offer letter was provided in 1-2 months.
Overall, it was a good interview. The questions ranged from mid to difficult, covering basic Java and cryptography. There were also some questions on Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. All in all, it was okay.
Just one meet-up interview.
