Challenging projects and excellent application of methodologies when working. If you join with a good salary, it's very much worth the experience of working at IBM.
Little professional growth if you are not friends with your manager due to the notorious favoritism that exists as a company culture. If you have a manager friend and join one of their projects, you will do excellently; if not, it can be average.
