You can make a career in this company, grow as a specialist, be successful, collaborate with teams around the world, take part in great projects, and work with professionals.
Some of the decision-making process in IBM is bureaucratic and long. It is not clear why some of the decisions were made, and what the goal of all this is. What you are doing because this is a really big machine for making money.
The best manager for every person is the person themselves. Let the team manage itself.
