En los años que estuve trabajando de forma vendor para IBM, me ayudaron a crecer como tester QA, brindándome oportunidades de crecimiento personal y profesional.
Hoy, en este año, pude ingresar a IBM. Me pareció perfecto el método de enseñanza y acompañamiento para crecer y poder sobresalir en mi trabajo.
Tal vez en todos estos años mi queja siempre fue por el salario. Son bajos en comparación a ofertas de otras empresas. Tal vez deban escuchar más la petición de aumento de sueldo cuando uno lo requiere.
Lo mejor que pueden hacer es lograr visualizar las necesidades técnicas y profesionales en el ingreso de nuevo personal. Lo vienen haciendo muy bien desde que yo ingresé.
