Good culture, but confusing processes.
Friendly people and always willing to help. At least, there's an attempt to apply startup environment principles, reasonable compensation, and great market opportunities due to the company's name.
In my sector, the processes are still very confusing, with inconsistencies. There are people who hold you back in your current positions, preventing a potential promotion. And managers with outdated mindsets in many areas.
