IBM has a very good working environment.
IBM has very good policies for employee rights.
Sometimes it will take time to upgrade your post even if you have talent.
Other than this, I haven't observed any cons yet.
Have faith in your employees and treat everyone equally.
Don't judge based on experience; judge based on knowledge.
Give each person a chance to show/improve their skills.
