Vast projects to work on.
Nothing against IBM, I think it's a top company.
They first gave me a coding interview. The interview had three questions. The questions were quite simple and mostly required a simple math trick to solve. I passed all test cases but never got a call back.
The interview process consists of three rounds. Two rounds are technical, and one is an HR round. Each round is 45 minutes long. Each round is an elimination round. The major focus is on projects worked on and the coding round.
The process was of medium difficulty; they are trying to understand our technical depth. Patterns were asked during the online test as well as the interview. Overall difficulty was 3/5, and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
