Good Pay, Impersonal Communication
The pay is good. The people on the team were nice. The benefits were very good.
Communication breakdown and very impersonal.
No ability to expand knowledge. Release cycles are rapid, and the workload is quite large.
They have frequently let good employees go and replaced them with cheaper interns.
Value your long-term employees over saving some money. The environment gets very jaded and hard to function when everyone is busting themselves silly to not be in the next layoff round, and it kills communication and cooperation.
