False freedom of choice of projects/clients to work on in the consultancy, as I've never heard of anyone who easily managed to switch projects.
Mostly bad managers who only aim for profit, without caring about their employees' career desires.
44 hours per week, one of the very few tech companies that contractually require such a heavy workload.
Se vocês não começarem a dar o devido valor a seus colaboradores, continuarem pagando mixaria ridícula e totalmente defasada em relação ao mercado e continuarem com exigência de 44 horas semanais (enquanto lá fora já começam a experimentar com sucesso trabalho em apenas 4 dias por semana), logo o nome da empresa ficará manchado no mercado e as pessoas só vão entrar aí para servir de trampolim para oportunidades melhores futuras em outro lugar.
