Great Team, Low Salary
The salary may not be competitive, but at least the culture with my team is great.
My manager is cool and allows us to decide how we would like to work. No one, not even my manager's manager, forces any of my team members into the office.
Salary is not competitive; it needs to invest more in its employees.
IBM is modernizing and improving, but not fast enough. It needs to invest more in its employees and less in Wall Street and executives.
