Flexible work times, Great colleagues
Underdeveloped salary, decreasing production volumes.
I went for the assessment centre at Hursley. All in all, it was a good experience. I had a technical interview, an HR interview, and a group activity. Nothing was intimidating; the atmosphere was very friendly.
I applied through university via campus recruitment. The process took one day. In the morning, I took a written test, and later I was interviewed on campus. I had to qualify the technical round, which covered the basics of C++ and Unix. After this
The OA was quite doable. This was actually my first OA this year, so it was definitely sent out to most people (probably automatic). The email was sent out around a day after I applied, and there is a 7-day due date.
