- Opportunity to learn, good for interns
- Contacts
- Environment (Nice offices)
- Equipment (Mac, iPhone, etc.)
- Selfish and lazy management (Managers ghosting, etc.)
- Current held values do not reflect what a tech company should hold (Values diversity instead of knowledge)
- Company does not recognize and value good employees
- Below average salary
- Huge bureaucracy bottlenecks
- A lot of snakes in suits or bootlickers
- A lot of meaningless mandatory courses and certificates
