Big brand name to have on a CV. Overall benefits are good. Flexible working depends on your manager and the business. Opportunities for international business trips exist.
The growth-driven bonus is terrible. Performance reviews are quite rigorous, but the outcome doesn't reflect either in a pay rise or a bonus.
The bonus system should be reflective of business units' success, instead of overall company growth.
