If you will join in IRL or ISL, then it’s very good. There is work-life balance and not much work pressure. You will get Udemy courses free for life. Azure certification exams will be free. Lots of Lear platforms are available; you can take benefits.
In GBS, it will not be recommended to join because it’s only for outsourcing and has lots of work pressure. Try your best to get an internal project.
Management is not bad. But it’s true that after joining, they will not respond to you so much.
