There is no proper knowledge for top management people, like managers and architects.
High politics exists, and there are no proper guidelines to manage these politics. It ruins most employees' confidence.
Most importantly, there is no proper reward system for hard work and talent. Hikes and promotions depend on manager choice only.
Since the manager role is important, it needs more training for managers.
Sadly, my manager doesn't know how to approve leave, but he advised me to improve my knowledge in the appraisal meeting.
