Clients are good. We do get leaves as per the client's calendar.
IBM's salary looks good for the first 2 years; after that, a maximum of a 3% hike is given to all employees.
IBM projects are really good in Pune and Bangalore.
Salary seems less even if you worked well and your band is more than equal to 6B. Bonus must be increased at least 6-7% if you compare with the market. IBM projects are very few in Mumbai.
Sometimes we do get confused with the hierarchy.
Work-life balance is on a project basis.
Seniors should think about people's salaries. Managers must think well about employees, not just giving any random ratings.
