Huge enterprise with zero growth
- It is an ocean of opportunity unless you know where to direct and grow.
- It is like a government firm, and job stability is there.
- There are a lot of cons. I will start with compensation. I would say it is the worst payer in the industry. The management expects us to work like donkeys with 0% hike.
- No growth at all. People here sit in the same role for ages, hoping for a promotion, but they don't get it.
- It is like a government firm with a lot of employees but no clear directions from management.
- Lot of office politics and internal references happen here.
- Not an ideal place to work to learn new things.
