I went for the assessment centre at Hursley. All in all, it was a good experience. I had a technical interview, an HR interview, and a group activity. Nothing was intimidating; the atmosphere was very friendly.
First round: Skype interview focusing mainly on core Java. Second round: With an assistant partner, a general, non-technical discussion. At this point, I was sent an offer letter. Third round for the client team (IBM): Primarily focused on Spring.
The IBM interview process typically includes: * An initial phone screening * Technical assessments (coding, problem-solving) * Multiple rounds of technical interviews * A final behavioral interview focusing on culture fit and teamwork.
