WFH, good work culture.
As such, no cons. Very nice work culture.
I applied online and received an online assessment that consisted of a few coding questions. I then moved on to an online phone interview with an engineer. Overall, it was a pretty simple process.
There is only one round of tech interview by a manager. It looks like there is no formal process and/or policies in the company's scope, at least in Toronto. I did not experience an HR interview at all.
On average, it was good. Not much to say. I asked about algorithms. Some basics of threads were covered, but not much. I asked about data structures and gave good answers. That is why they have hired me, I guess.
