IBM should give opportunities to relocate. I heard it is not possible to relocate from a Tier 1 to a Tier 2 city. Suppose someone has some family emergencies (medical emergencies, elderly parents, loss of a family member, during a time of need). IBM should hear their problem and create a way for the same.
