IBM is one of the best places to work if you want to learn and get a head start on new technologies and expand your knowledge. Their learning portal is incredible, and they dedicate enough attention to this area.
In addition, the policy of working from home was adopted way before today's current circumstances, and their salary meets market expectations. I am grateful as it provided a kick start to my career.
Not all projects you enter will meet your expectations on the technical level. So, you have to constantly work on initiatives inside the company to maintain your technical practicality towards the concepts you learn in courses.
