In 3 years, I've yet to find a single positive of working for this woeful excuse for an organization.
No chance EVER of a pay rise or a bonus. Treated like a number and nothing more. Expected to work on other accounts, no matter the inconvenience or wear and tear to the personal vehicle. Their travel expense procedure is stuck in the dark ages. If you don't bend over when asked, they like to make using your holiday entitlement almost impossible.
Actually speak to your staff. Listen to how they feel and stop treating them like dirt. You have some great employees, but the way you treat them, they won't be IBM staff much longer!
The interview process consists of two rounds: 1. A technical round to assess your skill set. 2. An HR managerial round to discuss past work experiences and salary packages.
On-call discussion, followed by a video call interview with a conference, a face-to-face HR round, then a face-to-face interview with the technical team, and finally an HR round regarding salary and other aspects.
There were two rounds. The first round was the technical interview, where they asked technical questions on the technologies I worked on, such as Spring Boot and microservices. The second round was the HR round.
