This is a messy place to work. It is not the one that I thought of in graduate school
- Flexible work/life balance if you work on non-critical projects.
- Excellent and open-minded colleagues on the first line to work with.
- If you work on critical projects, prepare yourself to sacrifice your work/life balance and to work with frequent high-level management decision changes.
- Very poor employee recognition, unless you are a "kissing-ass" type of employee.
The management would not listen to any useful suggestions at this site.
Look at the past several years; too many wrong decisions were made.
