The first phone call was to notify me that my resume was selected. The second phone call was a phone interview, lasting around 30 minutes. The next day, I received the call that I had passed the internship interview.

I had technical and managerial interviews. I applied for other jobs online. Somehow, I received a call asking me to try an interview at IBM. So, I went there and had the interview.

Several rounds of technical interviews followed by an interview with your hiring manager. If you pass all of them, then you have to take an online IQ test before onboarding.
