The interview went well. I had an initial meeting with HR, followed by a meeting with the manager. The last stage was a coding game. I developed many transferable skills, including teamwork, problem-solving, and strong communication capacities.

They contacted me via LinkedIn. After that, I had an interview with the client, as IBM acts as an outsourcing provider in Porto Alegre. Then, I had two interviews with the client and was selected.
