The process consisted of three interviews: * A technical panel interview. * A behavioral interview (they ask some questions about your experience and also some situational questions). * A non-technical managerial interview.
Quality Control Engineer
It was a technical interview, and the interviewer was very kind and friendly. She helped the interviewees a lot to memorize the answers and answer them properly. Overall, it was such a great experience to take, and IBM is a really great company!
