The process is unstable, with too many calls. However, everything will end up being useless. Even after completing the interview and getting selected, you won't get proper information about whether you cleared it or not.

The interview process went well. I also had the salary discussion. The document process took two months, and then I automatically received an email stating they were not moving forward with my profile, with no reason mentioned. The HRs were not help

The interview was based on a video call. The communication from the human resources team was poor; they took a long time to respond and I had to pressure them to know the status of the process.
