The interview was based on a video call. The communication from the human resources team was poor; they took a long time to respond and I had to pressure them to know the status of the process.

Average interview. Not too hard. Basic concepts should be strong. Java 8 knowledge is required. In-depth understanding of concepts is needed. Good hands-on programming experience is a plus. Communication skills should be good.

The interview process went well. I also had the salary discussion. The document process took two months, and then I automatically received an email stating they were not moving forward with my profile, with no reason mentioned. The HRs were not help
