No time tracking. Good leave policy. Good pay.
No HR or proper managerial structure any time. Hire and fire strategy. No work related to your skills in project, then you need to work on any available tech. And also, with the same experience, they measure with teammates who have experience on that tech.
Hire the proper person for the role and allocate them to the same tech. Give them a chance to change the project, then fire the person.
The interview process was very quick. I had two technical video call interviews, which were finished in 7 days, followed by an HR round. Later, they took 4 to 5 days to release the offer letter.
Met with HR and the department. Met some department heads. Was quizzed on some computer questions. Was asked what other positions I might be interested in. Was asked what I have been doing from college until now.
Very good panel with a good set of technical questions for the role I was interviewed for. The managerial round was also technical. So, in total, there were 4 technical rounds and 1 hour-long round.
