The interviewer seemed inexperienced and wanted bookish answers only. It was not too difficult, but I recommend reading through streams and DS algorithms for round 2. You should be prepared to give bookish answers here. They want the final solution

IBM has a maximum of one or two technical rounds. If you clear those, there will be another managerial round, and then you can get your offer after HR discussion. The interview process is very simple and easy.

Telephonic interview, followed by 3 rounds of face-to-face interviews. Lot of time went into waiting at their office for my turn, as they had called 20 candidates for the same job opening.
