Overall, a peaceful company
Very good work and personal life balance and the flexibility to work from home.
Depends on the project and luck, but some of the intermediate managers are good.
No proper transport facility.
Some of the processes are too tedious and time-consuming.
No proper hikes.
3 months' notice period.
The management should take steps to making IBM an employee-friendly and employee-oriented company. Too many policies and processes at times contradict one another, making work life miserable.
