I first applied through the online web portal and then received a call from the hiring manager. I was scheduled for a single-day interview, which included 3-4 technical rounds followed by an HR round.

IBM has a maximum of one or two technical rounds. If you clear those, there will be another managerial round, and then you can get your offer after HR discussion. The interview process is very simple and easy.
